VRTCL is a full service digital marketing agency run and founded by creators. Our key mission is to help artists and brands find their true voice and audience on TikTok and other short form platforms. We pride ourselves on our creative roots and digital expertise to help clients feel confident stepping into the unknown world of digital marketing. This means being involved in and educated on current pop culture moments, understanding artist audiences and constantly looking for ways to push the boundaries of digital marketing standards. SUMMARY:
The Creative Services Intern will support Flighthouse & VRTCL teams and assist with projects that require our team's social media and creative services while gaining an understanding of pop culture and the trends it causes on social media.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and discuss relevant music and pop culture news
- Assist with content calendars, media libraries and posting
- Assist with profile management and fan page clients with posting, copywriting, editing videos, etc
- Assist in analyzing TikTok metrics and providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and features and make recommendations for incorporating them into our clients' strategies
- May assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Must be based in Los Angeles.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, social media platforms and culturally versed in the music industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding and experience with content editing platforms such as CapCut is a plus!
- This internship is for college credit.
- Must be enrolled in a university and continue to be enrolled for the duration of the internship.
- Graduates are not eligible for the internship.
- Must be able to provide documents/eligibility requirements in order to receive college credit or the applicant will be disqualified.
