JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading the marketing technology operations for the Third Party Origination (“TPO”) division and consulting with Loan Servicing, Vylla, and other Carrington Companies. Direct and oversee all technology to include websites, email, webinars, CRM, web analytics and social media. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure marketing is supporting their objectives.
Build strong brand recognition within the industry.
Responsible for the execution of marketing activities supporting specific online marketing activities including websites, landing pages, microsites, and email.
Oversee marketing calendars related to email marketing content management for online properties.
Develop marketing channel reporting including effectiveness metrics for campaigns and actively managing those metrics to optimize marketing spend/effort.
Work with the creative team to design campaigns and materials.
Help research the market to identify unique opportunities to differentiate our products and services.
Review changes to the marketplace and industry and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
Maintain consistency with our brand standards in all of our touchpoints.
Oversee the use of SEO and website health tools improve website performance
Serve as the marketing liaison to the Surge team, optimizing the information Marketing provides to the account executives
Assists with the management of marketing webinars using GotoWebinar, including lead distribution.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related degree; work experience may be substituted.
Seven (7) or more years of marketing experience
Two (2) or more years maintaining websites in WordPress and optimizing performance
Three (3) or more years optimizing email campaigns in tool like HubSpot
Three (3) or more years or more years utilizing Salesforce
Three (3) or more years Mortgage experience, specifically TPO, highly preferred
