The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in B2B demand generation, particularly within the enterprise software sector. This role is pivotal in owning customer targeting, integrated marketing campaign strategy and execution, field marketing, ABM, digital marketing, and automation to meet net new and expansion revenue targets. The VP will be responsible for designing and executing scalable, data-driven initiatives that drive a significant volume of highly qualified opportunities. Deep collaboration with sales, revenue ops, product marketing, and other marketing functions is essential to ensure the success of growth and expansion marketing initiatives. Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires expertise in orchestrating content and engagement along the buyer's journey, deploying an integrated marketing approach, and optimizing response levels and measurable pipeline contribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern marketing tools and channels, a proven ability to maximize results, and a deep understanding of demand funnel KPIs. Proficiency in ABM, inbound lead development, and field marketing is also necessary. The VP will be expected to lead a global marketing team, define and deliver marketing strategies, and ensure alignment with sales revenue objectives.
