The successful candidate will be responsible for deeply understanding the needs and aspirations of the company's members and developing strategies that place the member at the heart of every marketing endeavor. This includes the development of brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and the execution of campaigns across various marketing channels. The role also requires a leader with a strategic mindset, a proven track record in digital marketing, and a commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Applicants for the Vice President, Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of marketing experience, primarily in a B2C context, with a focus on content, digital, product marketing, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy and management, be a fluent storyteller, and have the ability to thrive in a matrixed, multi-vertical company.
