Global Marketing Lead – CAR-T.
This role, reporting into the Global Commercial Head for CAR-T, helps lead the implementation of the global strategic brand plans for New haematological assets across various indications. This role works collaboratively key global country and regional leads based in the US, Europe, Asia as well as wide range of headquarter functions including Marketing, Global Analytics & Insights (GA&I), Digital, Pricing and Market Access, Global Medical Affairs (GMA), Regulatory affairs, R&D, Product development, and others.Key responsibilities:Develop and lead marketing strategies.Lead and manage the development of Global Brand Plans and Global launch plans by implementing co-creation strategies at a Global Cross-functional team and GBT level.Support and align the GBP process within the organization and ensure the dissemination of Global Brand Plans to all affiliates, co-creation, and endorsements.Collaborate with affiliates, main regions, and markets to define the optimal Go-to-Market model.Act as a genre expert within the brand team, supporting other departments and markets in effectively presenting brands to multiple audiences.Foster ongoing insights development by partnering with GA&I and engaging with experts, community HCPs. Apply insights to shape brand strategy and implementation.Create compelling cases to support opportunities for the brand.Regularly evaluate and challenge the brand excellence program to ensure that marketing capabilities are established throughout the company to support excellence in execution. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
