Applicants for the Director of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 8 years' of marketing experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in the digital space.
