As part of the U.S. & Latin America Markets Client & Marketing Services team, this individual will support U.S. Group Reinsurance marketing and business development activities, focused on the tasks that support RGA's efforts to increase, grow, and retain our clients and book of business. This individual will assist with activities that support and drive client interaction and exposure to RGA's services and offerings through one-to-one engagements and one-to-many marketing campaigns.

The student will obtain a broad exposure to and education about the insurance and reinsurance markets. They will work closely with the CMS Team's strategic marketing function to be part of broad-reaching promotional and/or relationship-building campaigns. The student will get first-hand insight into how a Fortune 500® organization conducts client support activities through RGA's efforts to increase, grow, and retain our clients and book business. In addition to learning about the functional areas that support client activities, such as Underwriting, Pricing, Operations, Medical Management, and Research & Development, this individual will get a great deal of exposure to business development fundamentals and processes.

Responsibilities:

Key areas of responsibility include client communications support, client presentations, marketing materials, internal updates, and reports for GroupRe, and other RGA business lines conducting business in the U.S. This would include tracking client engagement as well as conducting client research, ad hoc event support, creating reports for business development, tracking of client activity, promotional item management, etc.

Requirements:

Must be a current active student pursuing a degree in a business, marketing, or finance degree program.Strong communication skills.Strong organization skills.What you can expect from RGA:
