Responsibilities
Programming, space planning, design of spaces and finishes, FF&E selection, documentation, editing specifications, producing deliverable drawing sets for finish plans, interior elevations, room finish schedules, furniture plans, and interior details.
Performs Revit modeling and detailing.Perform cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates.
Conduct site investigations and observations.
Prepare narratives, design presentations, boards, drawing and specification documents in accordance with a high degree of quality, working within project schedule and budget constraints.
Performs construction administration.
Assisting with marketing/business development activities.
Occasional travel for project related activities relative to existing building assessments/investigations, client meetings, or construction jobsite observations may be required.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a 4 year accredited program in Architecture.
5+ years of experience after obtaining Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
NCIDQ certified preferred, but not required.
Prior experience with A/E firms a plus.
Proficiency with computer software including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Community involvement and participation in IIDA or affiliated Interior Design preferred but not required.
