Project Manager who is looking to move from a Junior PM to the next level in their career.
This role is key in driving project success through exceptional organization, leadership, and communication.
The
Project Manager
will collaborate closely with team members and clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and will require strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
In this role, you will:
Support the team in various administrative activities by building project schedules, coordinating with different teams to ensure that projects start and finish on timeOversee project management systems:Monitor incoming project and task requests with account teamCollaborating with the team leads to prioritize/sequence and assign projects and tasksCreate efficiency by forecasting, monitoring utilization, identifying opportunities to move projects to lower-cost resources, as well as client approvalsManage team communications through Asana, Slack, and emailProvide weekly Asana status reportsOversee artifacts and assets:Draft requirements and project plansBuild Asana Timelines for EP and Project Team ReviewMonitor Budgets in HarvestGuide asset collection as needed ensuring all assets are stored and distributed properlyMaintain Server organization in Dropbox and Google DriveProvide Monthly Client Account ReviewsEnsure timelines are met:Think critically: Balance multiple asksArticulate trade-offs for competing prioritiesIdentify and escalate issues or risksSet and vigilantly manage project expectations:Manage all internal meetings and touch bases for project teams to be client-ready and on timeline through project management systems and communicationUnderstand and enforce roles, responsibilities, and contributions of cross-functional team members of all levelsCollaborate with peers to consolidate work streams and drive efficiencyTrack workflow to ensure deadlines are being met, dependencies are established, and risks are mitigatedFacilitate project meetings:Develop agendasConsolidate feedbackAssign follow-up tasks, etc.Manage the scope of work according to SOWAccountability for communicating internal plans/methodologyFacilitate clear, consistent communication across the project team (and leadership when needed), including weekly team meetings and other ad-hoc meetings/discussions as needed to advance the workEnsure on-time, accurate program executionPrioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProduce timely and accurate project reports for internal referenceAttention to detail and proactive in evaluating recommending, and implementing opportunities to improve internal tools and processesRequirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
2 - 4 years experience IN AN ADVERTISING/MARKETING AGENCY ENVIRONMENTSelf-motivated with the ability to take the initiative to drive solutionsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenA proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolutionExperience with project management tools, preferably AsanaAbility to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teamsBenefits
