They work in conjunction with the Design Directors in our Creative Studio to develop and push to find 'big ideas' based on design strategy and the creative brief. They develop straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across packaging, brand development, corporate identity, mobile, digital and user experience design projects.What we're looking forA brand focused Senior Designer4-7 years of experience working in design environmentsBachelor's Degree in Graphic DesignExperience building brands either from scratch or as a brand refreshAbility to identify and deliver exceptional creative designStrong skillset in packaging designExcellent communication skillsOutstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative SuiteCurrent design trend knowledge and skillsFamiliarity with new media technology/softwareAbility to collaborate confidently with team membersPassion for cracking tough strategic and design problemsEvidence of creative solutions that supports project goals.A comprehensive portfolioOur commitment to diversity and inclusionWe believe diversity brings creativity, which is at the heart of everything we do.
