Job Description NBC Sports is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to join the CRM team. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns, develop actionable insights, and optimize CRM efforts to drive engagement and fandom. Responsibilities Participate in planning and execution of email marketing campaigns Liaise with various NBC Sports business units, including CE, production, programming, Peacock, digital, social, and local stations to partner with and support CRM plans around key programming and milestones Conduct quality assurance of all email campaigns Coordinate and organize digital assets for email campaigns Collect and evaluate email reporting metrics Maintain the email calendar and send out weekly updates to the Marketing team Ensure that daily email activities are completed and deployed on time Organize the distribution of daily, weekly, monthly newsletters Keep up with the latest email best practices and marketing trends Administer content creation for email distribution Troubleshoot and fix any problems that may happen during the generation, deployment, and delivery of emails Manage the end-to-end email production process through successful conceptualizing, coding, editing, QA, and deployment Facilitate the approval process, route previews to internal stakeholders and implement all revisions Coordinate newsletter content, schedules and deployments across multiple brands Assist in developing comprehensive reports detailing all key email marketing metrics including delivery, open rates, click rates, conversion, opt-out, and segmentation analysis Work closely with creative project management and internal stakeholders to track and ensure assets and feedback are delivered on time Working knowledge of email service provider (Salesforce) to create automations and journeys, set up A/B tests, and build customer segments Ensure that marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelines Assist in developing marketing plans Qualifications: Qualifications _ Basic Qualifications _ Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience Minimum one (1) year relevant email production experience Knowledge of Salesforce, ESPs, and Adobe Photoshop Excellent written and verbal communication including strong copywriting, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills Desired Characteristics: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a curiosity to learn Works well under tight deadlines and a high-growth environment _ Additional Requirements: _ Interested candidate must submit a resume/CV through www.nbcunicareers.com to be considered Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
