This critical senior leadership position will lead all enrollment marketing initiatives while managing a talented creative team within the Division of Marketing and Communications. Collaborating closely with marketing leadership and the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the successful candidate will implement high-quality marketing strategies that align with the university's strategic enrollment plan. A strong emphasis will be placed on elevating the institutional brand across emerging markets. The AVP will cultivate a dynamic and creative team environment, ensuring that our marketing materials consistently meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field alongside at least 7 years of experience in creative management. A proven history in leading creative teams, managing multifaceted projects, and applying marketing best practices is essential. Experience in higher education marketing, especially in student recruitment, and understanding the diverse needs of bicultural audiences is strongly preferred.
