Position Overview
This is an opportunity for an all-star player-coach design leader to lead our design team and shape the future of Wall Street with the support of our Head of Product who oversees product, design, and BizOps & analytics functions.
We are looking for someone who’s passionate about the craft of designing products and has a relentless pursuit of creating "wow" moments. Successful candidates for this role will have the following characteristics: high agency, customer-centric, creative, collaborative, and outcome-driven.
Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring consistent UX and UI across products that addresses our users’ pressing needsLead user research and UX testing to gather insights and validate design decisions in order to derive actionable product improvementsBuild and maintain scalable design system with intuitive information architecture in collaboration with XFN counterpartsFoster a collaborative environment across EPD and streamline an open communication with the stakeholdersManage and mentor a superstar founding product designer on the teamPlay an excellent IC role for our internal data management tool with high craft

Who We Are Looking For7+ years of experience in product design, with 2-3 years in leadership roleDiverse portfolio that demonstrates clear and creative problem-solving process, high craft, and excellent communication skillsProficiency in Figma, UX tools, and user analyticsBonus: B2C or SaaS experience
