Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Content Creation: Compounding Pharmacy Industry Specific Content
· Develop comprehensive clinical content tailored towards compounding pharmacy marketing plans and editorial calendars for various marketing channels
· Create engaging content for blogs, emails, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and print materials
Lead Generation / Sales Support
· Assist in crafting and executing email marketing campaigns.
· Write compelling copy, design templates, and analyze campaign performance
· Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and other campaign automation tools for email campaigns.
· Support the sales team with up-to-date compounding pharmacy content material.
· Create catalogues, prescription forms, price lists
· Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire customers and meet goals.
· Manage Google AdWords campaigns, marketing campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
· Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
· Collaborate on optimizing landing pages, forms, and call-to-action buttons.
· Monitor and track lead generation metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.
Social / Branding / PR
· Execute social media and communication campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies.
· Manage and maintain social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
· Post content, engage with followers, and manage online reputation.
· Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for timely and relevant social media content.
· Support the development and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Event Coordination:
· Assist in planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
· Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
· Exceptional written and communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
· Preferred: Healthcare or Pharmacy content writing experience.
· Familiarity with keyword placement, Google AdWords, and SEO.
· Photography experience and video editing skills.
· Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
· Knowledge of email automation tools, Pardot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
· Familiarity with CRM systems.
· Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
