In this role, you will support our post-production team in the creation and delivery of AV assets. You will be part of a startup environment as we build out our newest location in Los Angeles. Our process starts with zooming out and looking at the overarching campaign strategy, no matter the deliverable. This is an exciting opportunity to become an early team member in a dynamic environment, with great potential to advance your skills and grow your career in a quickly evolving industry.REPORTS TO: Creative ProducerCONTRACT: Full-Time, Exempt (40 hours/week)Job DescriptionAsset Prep & Management: Prepare materials for editorial use; including transcoding to our offline codec and maintaining strict and sensible organization of all items received.Editorial Support: Assist editors in creating breakdowns, assemblies, cutdowns, and other creative support.Client Support: Prepare cue sheets, scripts, shot lists, and other documentation to send to clients.Output: Manage postings of offline cuts to clients, and create delivery preps for locked spots to send to finishers.Technical Proficiency: Address technical issues related to file formats, editorial software, asset management, and/or hardware to support workflow and client deliverables.Research & Development: Stay updated on emerging tools, industry trends, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.Key Skills & Attributes1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Editor, experience working in a creative AV agency is strongly preferredAlign with Creative Advertising’s goals and "Create with purpose" philosophyEnthusiasm for trailers and entertainment marketingA reliable team player with the ability to work well under tight deadlinesStrong familiarity with offline/online post-production workflowsAbility to foresee workflow bottlenecks and take initiative to implement solutionsDemonstrated experience using Adobe Premiere ProExperience using Digital Asset Management Systems (e.g., Box)Experience using Project Management and Collaboration Tools (e.g., Frame.io)Experience with Adobe After Effects and AVID Media Composer a plusYOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THE USTerritory Studio Inc. believes that a diverse workforce makes us a more creative and innovative business.
