Our passion for design drives everything we do.Job OverviewWe are seeking a gifted and experienced Art Director to lead the creative output of our marketing department. This role involves both strategic direction and hands-on development of website content, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral. The Art Director will elevate and effectively communicate our brand identity across all online and offline channels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Creative Projects: Oversee the creation of content for the website, tradeshows, printed materials, social media, and print advertising.Manage Creative Team: Direct and mentor a team of photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and 3D visualization artists.Hands-On Development: Participate actively in design tasks using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Brand Elevation: Grasp and enhance our brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence in all creative outputs.Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality content that aligns with company goals.Stay Trend-Aware: Keep abreast of emerging design trends and incorporate them into our creative strategy.QualificationsMust-Have:Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a similar role within the luxury sector.Portfolio: An outstanding portfolio showcasing your design expertise.Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and inspiring a creative team.Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong Candidates Will:Be deadline-oriented and able to self-direct daily tasks.Respond positively to constructive criticism and collaborate effectively.Have a sophisticated and well-developed design aesthetic.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Be passionate about interior design and innovative in their approach.Thrive in a dynamic environment with strong personalities and high standards.Preferred SkillsTechnical Skills: Knowledge of HTML, UX Design, NetSuite, CRM systems, Shopify Plus, and Basecamp.Marketing Skills: Experience with AdWords, SEM, SEO, and social media platforms.Additional Skills: Understanding of retail store design/merchandising, printing methods, photography, video creation/editing, and 3D visualization/rendering.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience.Benefits Package: Comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.Professional Growth: Opportunities for advancement and professional development.Creative Environment: Join a team where great ideas are celebrated and design excellence is achieved daily.Recognition: Your work may be published internationally in prestigious design publications.Equal Opportunity EmployerArtistic Tile is an equal opportunity employer.
