About the role: As the Project Manager for our Design & Video Studio, you will be the vital link between the creative leadership team and our talented design professionals. Your role will focus on the efficient delegation of tasks, prioritization of projects, and overall management of workflows within a decentralized studio environment. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the high standards expected by both our internal teams and clients. Here's what you'll do day to day: Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the Creative Leadership Team to prioritize tasks and streamline project workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Task Delegation: Oversee the delegation of design and video production tasks to the creative team, providing clear instructions and expectations for each project. Project Management: Utilize project management tools to track progress, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets. Resource Allocation: Assess team capacity and allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads across the design and video teams. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients, facilitating communication and gathering feedback to ensure client satisfaction. Creative Support: Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the ideation process, providing insights that enhance creative outcomes. Quality Control: Review and provide constructive feedback on creative deliverables, ensuring they meet brand standards and project objectives. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the studio. Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring our design and video outputs remain relevant and innovative. Here's what we're looking for: Experience: 5-7 years of project management experience within a creative environment, ideally in advertising or a related industry. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, fostering collaboration and motivation. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating project goals and updates clearly. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Cultural Insight: A strong understanding of cultural and social media trends, particularly as they relate to branding and audience engagement. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and, ultimately budget approvals.
