Position Purpose
You'll collaborate with a team to develop and execute comprehensive media plans for mid-sized clients poised for expansion. Your role involves leading client relationships, conducting business reviews, and managing advertising budgets. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential as you'll motivate your team, identify new opportunities, and ensure successful campaign execution. A passion for the industry, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset are crucial to thriving in this dynamic role.
You'll be responsible for driving client revenue, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative team environment. A keen understanding of market trends, coupled with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure, will be instrumental in achieving your goals. Key Responsibilities
- Present and pitch digital advertising services with an emphasis on Amazon Advertising to C-level executives
- Design and execute advertising strategy through hard data, customer behavior insights and metrics to drive client sales and brand awareness.
- Focus on growing revenue, selling services, and deepening our client's relationships with Channel Bakers.
- Communicate regularly with clients via calls, email and in person meetings to assess advertising campaign performance and strategy
- Support the Account Manager with strategic client or team needs
- Responsible for digital insertion order (media authorization form) and SOWs
- Manage CRM and keep client data up to date
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to facilitate the organized tracking and prompt settlement of client invoices, maintaining precision and timeliness
- Assists with developing training materials as needed
- Respond promptly to ad hoc client requests and team requests, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to exceptional teamwork and client service
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally within Channel Bakers and other key stakeholders
Qualifications And Requirements
- 3+ years of digital advertising sales and account management experience in a fast-moving, client-facing environment
- Must have 2+ years of experience managing and optimizing advertising campaigns in Amazon Advertising, specifically Amazon Marketing Cloud and Demand Side Platform (DSP), as well as other retail media channels
- Direct experience with Amazon Advertising (display, streaming) and exposure to Demand Side Platform (DSP)
- Proven track record of driving incremental revenue and prospecting new clients
- Experienced at deepening existing client relationships, and building and fostering new client relationships
- Experience working on high-performing teams and supporting the development of talented individuals
- Strong analytical and qualitative skills - numbers don't scare you!
- Proficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc.). Intermediate or advanced excel skills are an advantage.
- Proven track history of driving your own professional and personal development
- Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred.

- Reports To: Director of eCommerce
- Travel: Occasional overnight travel required about 20% of the time
- Hours: Fulltime (Mon - Fri) with flexible working hours
