As part of this transformation, the company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Global Advertising Sales to lead their international sales team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities across all sectors, understanding market needs, and developing advanced tools and technologies. This role requires a leader who can navigate ambiguity, is passionate about innovation, and has a deep network of industry relationships.Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Global Advertising Sales include developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. The role demands a minimum of 15 years' in client-facing sales leadership, with at least 7 years' experience managing medium-size sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building high-performing teams, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the media industry. Strong sales skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a history of implementing successful new products and standards are essential. The Vice President will also be expected to stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the company's sales approach and offerings.
