Job Summary
Visions is seeking a Marketing & Communication Analyst who will analyze, prepare, and perform complex professional work in the development, control, analysis, and day-to-day activities of Visions Marketing (Pay-Per-Click advertising: Adwords, Adcenter, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.), Communications efforts and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.); responsible for leveraging resources to ensure organizational success; responsible for positive and effective relationships among staff, students, and parents.
In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Carmichael/Gold River, CA and 2 days remotely. However, depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change.
Visions In Education offers a very generous, competitive benefits package that includes options for 100% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single), retirement (CalPERS), vacation (10 days), sick time and holiday (22 which includes 2 weeks of paid time off over the holiday season). Classified employees are eligible for educational reimbursement up to $15,000.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Website Design or Public Relations is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience working in website design, marketing, communication, public relations, pay-per-click advertising related positions is highly desirable.
- Experience developing appropriate metrics, communicating data analysis, development and delivery of recommendations with presentations to various stakeholder groups.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing marketing strategies that have led to measurable improvement.
- Charter School/School Experience is preferred.
- MS Windows, Excel, Word, Google Suite (Docs, Gmail, etc.), and related data analysis software is preferred.
