Currently I have an opening for a Marketing Communication and Engagement Specialist located in South San Francisco, CA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:

  • Minimizes workflow disruptions and time wasters to complete high quality work within a specified time frame.
  • Maintain and update the iGNE gWiz portal with relevant information.
  • iGNE Podcast, support all Site initiatives, Branding Packages, and organize and share branding packages.
  • Offsite and Event Coordination, manage the logistics associated with event planning as assigned.
  • Oversee surveys, mailchimp, reminder emails, digital posters & signage for marketing.
  • Ability to navigate and effectively utilize google suite and google presentations features at the advanced level.
  • Ability to navigate and effectively utilize google spreadsheets at the beginner level.
  • Recent Bachelor's degree preferably in journalism, marketing, graphic design, or communications OR HS/AS with professional marketing or communications experience - must have experience with Google presentations/suites.
Technical Information:
  • Pay: $29-35 hourly, depending on experience level
  • Hybrid position, onsite 2-3 days per week
  • 6-month contract with potential for extension/conversion
