Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and hospitality-focused Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the member experience by creating a welcoming environment for our members, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a strong sense of community. This role is crucial to ensuring our members have a positive and productive experience every single day. An interest in golf is a bonus.
Your business acumen, attention to detail, and love for connecting with people will be essential in this role. You’ll interact with professionals at all levels, from CEOs to entrepreneurs. You thrive on building relationships within the local business community, actively identifying potential members, and creating exceptional experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Community Building:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.
Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and networking sessions to promote member interaction and collaboration.
Member Onboarding and Retention:
Conduct tours and onboarding sessions for new members, ensuring they are familiar with the space and its amenities.
Maintain regular communication with members to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Collaborate with the General Manager to implement retention strategies to ensure high member satisfaction and renewals.
Create “wow” experiences and moments for members, bringing a true sense of community and hospitality.
Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
Manage the booking and usage of meeting rooms and golf simulators.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and supplies.
Marketing and Sales Support:
Collaborate with the General Manager to support member acquisition efforts.
Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials and content to promote the coworking space.
Participate in local events and networking opportunities to raise awareness of the space.
Administrative Duties:
Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and managing member accounts.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to member activities and space usage.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in community management, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using office software and coworking management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for fostering community and helping others succeed.
Experience in the coworking or hospitality industry is a plus.
Passion for golf is a strong bonus.
What We Offer
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 dependent on experience. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.
