Your Impact: As our Regional Community Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our communities, guiding their growth with strategic vision and operational excellence. You'll mentor and lead a team of Community Managers, cultivating a culture where our core values are not only embraced but celebrated. Your leadership will inspire lasting positive changes across every community you oversee, setting new standards in resident satisfaction and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Resident & Customer Relations:

  • Act as the key problem-solver, swiftly and empathetically addressing escalated resident concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
  • Proactively engage with residents to nurture relationships that build trust, loyalty, and long-term community ties.
  • Respond to resident feedback with a solutions-focused mindset, turning challenges into opportunities to improve the community experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the owner and the owner's representative, ensuring open and transparent communication.
  • Lead team meetings with clarity and purpose, driving decision-making and keeping projects on track.
  • Coordinate staffing and resource allocation for new communities, ensuring smooth transitions and effective launches.
  • Clearly communicate complex data and insights in a way that is easily understood and actionable.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, consistently reflecting the company's values.
  • Prepare detailed reports on community performance, offering insights that help guide strategic decision-making.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by participating in professional development and continuing education.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, always with a mindset of adding value to our communities and our company.

What You Bring:

Educational & Professional Background:

  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in community or property management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of guiding teams to success.
  • Experience with property management software like AppFolio is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.

  • Technical Proficiency:

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and the ability to travel between properties.
  • Availability to respond to emergencies outside of normal business hours.
  • Ownership of a smartphone, with a willingness to use it for company purposes.
  • A clean criminal background, demonstrating a commitment to trustworthiness and integrity.
