This role will be responsible for managing social media and community initiatives primarily across Fitch Ratings, also supporting across the Fitch Group businesses. Working closely with Fitch Ratings’ global marketing team, the Corporate Communications team and Fitch Group stakeholders and business units, the Social Media Community Manager will develop and execute innovative social media strategies to support objectives and develop a community calendar to feed into Ambassador and Employee Advocacy initiatives.What We Offer:Be part of an amazing teamOpportunity to work with multiple stakeholdersDriving initiativesWe’ll Count on You To:Manage and grow Fitch Ratings and Fitch Group brands across global social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and InstagramWork with the Social lead to develop, execute, and optimize Fitch Ratings social media strategy and tactics to increase engagement and grow followers across channelsWork closely with global marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners across the business for potential social media marketing collaborationsSupport with social media strategies and campaigns across Fitch Group businessesSupport the Social lead with specific projects and initiativesDesign and deliver organic social media campaigns to support Fitch Ratings objectives, leveraging best practice methods, paid experience also preferable, with knowledge of ABMWork with the Social lead on the internal social media policy and support all social media monitoring and listening requirements. Coordinate with Risk and Compliance teams as needed.Analyze, monitor, and report on social media campaign performance metrics, effectiveness, and business impact. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders and business marketing teams to make more informed decisions and refine strategies to improve engagement and reachEnsure timely delivery of reports, working with partners and colleagues to pull relevant information togetherLead, manage and evolve Fitch Ratings Social Media ambassador program, providing support and best practice guidance to the ambassadors.Build and develop our employee advocacy programmeLead on the social media content calendar to feed into our advocacy initiativeProduce high quality social media content, leveraging existing web site content, research, video, thought-leadership articles, and product collateral, with internal stakeholdersModerate and interact with posts from Fitch’s followers, clients, customers, ambassadors, key influencers encouraging ongoing discussion to grow Fitch’s online communityEnsure all content is accurate, relevant and compliant with industry standards and internal social media policiesStay abreast of industry trends and key competitors’ social media and communities to identify areas of opportunityCollaborate with design/creative and content teams to create innovative social media content that drive authentic engagement, ensuring brand visual and tone consistencyStay abreast of industry trends and key competitors’ social media and communities to identify areas of opportunityStay up-to-date with current technologies and best practices in social media, design tools and applicationsWhat You Need to Have:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a similar field3+ years of marketing experience; B2B financial services experience a plus3+ years of experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc)Experience with social media monitoring and management tools for publishing, reporting, and social listening (i.e. Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Brand watch, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)Proven experience with crafting and executing effective social and community strategies across multiple channels, working with ambassadors and employee advocacyProficiency in MS Office preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional writing, proof reading and oral communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracyProven ability to work with various parties and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as the role will be liaising with stakeholders and team members internally and vendors externallyStrong analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendationsWhat Would Make You Stand Out:Paid and Organic social experienceExcellent project management including planning, organizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities, and time management skillsEffective multi-tasking, decision making, and critical thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, collaborative and team-orientedWhy Fitch?At Fitch Group, the combined power of our global perspectives is what differentiates us.
