Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community. The Assistant Community Manager will assist with leasing, marketing, resident relations, and administrative duties to ensure a positive experience for residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Assist in leasing activities including conducting tours, processing applications, and completing lease agreements.
2. Respond to inquiries from prospective and current residents in a timely and professional manner.
3. Coordinate and participate in community events to foster a sense of community and increase resident retention.
4. Inspect units and community areas to ensure they are well-maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly.
5. Assist with the preparation of reports, budgets, and other administrative tasks as needed.
6. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the community meets safety and aesthetic standards.
7. Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is a plus.
2. Prior experience in property management, leasing, or customer service is preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, team members, and vendors.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
