Position Overview: 

As a Community & Marketing Specialist at Beauty&Hair, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our brand's voice across digital channels. You’ll thrive in social media engagement, community building, and trendspotting. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with audiences and enhancing the online customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Engagement

  • Track engagement across social media, paid ads, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze insights to continuously improve interactions and drive meaningful conversations.

Brand Voice & Community Interaction

  • Engage actively with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a consistent, brand-aligned voice.

Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Plan, schedule, and post story and feed content that resonates with our audience.
  • Stay on top of current trends to keep content fresh and relevant, reflecting the brand’s personality.

Content Curation

  • Repost influencer content and user-generated content to strengthen community connections and enhance brand visibility.

Customer Data & Insights

  • Use customer insights to personalize experiences and ensure smooth, tailored interactions for our community members.

Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to refine our strategy and keep us competitive.

Digital Marketing

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance cross-channel marketing efforts, integrating social insights to inform and improve email, website, and overall campaign strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a cohesive brand voice.
  • Experience with content scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or similar.
  • Familiarity with customer management systems and loyalty programs.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
