We are seeking someone who is articulate, bright, and detailed-oriented for this position! Our Sales & Community Outreach Associate would train alongside our team of leaders to top regional Sales & Marketing Firm.

In this entry-level role, the Associate will use their enthusiasm to assist the on-site marketing team with all tasks associated with developing and achieving the company’s overall marketing plan.

 

Sales & Community Outreach Associate Duties:

  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition
  • Process sales orders in person with potential buyers and exceed sales targets 
  • Explaining to customers the best products for their needs in person 
  • Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members 
  • Take initiative and resolve escalations or objections
  • Represent the company as needed at community events and networking gatherings
  • Record and maintain accurate statistical data on all individuals approached

Sales & Community Outreach Associate Requirements:

  • Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
  • Must be organized
  • Must be personable and comfortable interacting with customers daily
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have strong communication skills

Sales & Community Outreach Associate Skills Desired:

  • Comfort taking initiative to learn the data needs of the program, determine and generate corresponding data reports, and share findings on an ongoing basis
