You have a passion for creating compelling and diverse content and are an expert at identifying multiple ways to utilize content in order to work efficiently and tell a cohesive story. Absorbs feedback and efficiently translates it into focused, creative solutions Self-motivated and driven to continue refining your skill You understand the luxury language and how to provide quality in both the finished product and client experience You enjoy taking the lead on visual projects What You'll Be Doing Planning, Developing, and Executing photo and video production, including but not limited to storyboarding, scriptwriting, shooting, and editing. Responsible for creating visually engaging content that aligns with our client and agency brand identities and goals across multiple platforms including social media and website. Creating efficient processes and workflows to utilize content in a multitude of ways without creating redundancy. Capture high quality photos and vidoes, ensuring each piece tells a cohesive story and enhances each brand's image and aligns with each brand's goals and style guidelines across all platforms. Organize all aspects of video and photo shoots including but not limited to location scouting, talent coordination, storyboarding, and scheduling. Execute all post-production organization and editing tasks including but not limited to color correction, sound, and visual effects. Quickly prioritize tasks and strategize outcomes while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Manage production equipment storage, maintenance, and set up. Qualifications Previous experience working within a studio, agency, and/or creative team Expert in start-to-finish production process Can provide a portfolio that demonstrates originality, multi-disciplinary thinking, and a strong sense of visual storytelling blended with technical skill Expert in video production software (ex: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) Experience in Drone operation Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends Strong familiarity with graphic design tools (ex: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) Motion graphic skills and ability to create compelling animated content a plust Has a healthy respect for for project files and folder organization Strong attention to details (you're the Hercules of quality control) Works equally well in both group scenarios and solo assignments Ability to work with urgency when necessary Travel Required (40%, some overnight) Must love dogs (seriously.) Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm Friday, 8 am - 3 pm Ability to commute/relocate: Greenville, SC (West Village): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On-site
