Pathlabs is a Media Execution Partner (MEP) that provides end-to-end digital media execution services to independent advertising agencies. As a single point of entry into the world of digital media, Pathlabs is a true extension to an agency’s team combining the best of in-house teams and media vendors. We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to own and lead our content marketing strategy, production, and execution. In this role, you will manage the entire content lifecycle, from ideation to distribution, ensuring our voice is consistent across all channels and resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that supports Pathlabs’ thought leadership, SEO, and social media efforts while also driving meaningful business results.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Content Strategy & Editorial Ownership
- Develop a strategic content marketing plan across thought leadership, blogs, social media, and more.
- Manage Pathlabs’ editorial calendar and ensure all content deadlines are met.
- Owner of all content ideation, fueling and executing idea pipeline for upcoming content pieces.
- Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts (SME) to gain understanding of Pathlabs’ offerings for content creation.
- Serve as the primary copywriter for all external-facing materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Thought Leadership & 10X Content
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact thought leadership content (including, but not limited to e-books, trend reports, infographics, POVs, webinars, and more), ensuring it aligns with Pathlabs’ goals and vision.
- Drive thought leadership content production across multiple channels, including Pathlabs’ blog, social media, and more.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with our brand voice across channels.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Own the end-to-end SEO strategy, managing both front-end and back-end SEO efforts, as well as vendor relationships.
- Produce and execute SEO-friendly blog posts for the Pathlabs blog, collaborating with external partners to determine ideal topic ideation and more.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines and user experience.
Blog & Landing Page Content
- Produce and oversee the creation of blog posts, landing page content, and other web-based materials, ensuring they are optimized for engagement and conversions.
Social Media Management
- Lead content production, posting, and management of social media channels, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with Pathlabs’ broader marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media.
Awards & Recognition Programs
- Develop and manage award submission strategies, including industry accolades and “Best Place to Work” recognitions, to enhance Pathlabs’ visibility and reputation.
Reporting & Analytics
- Become an expert of Pathlab’s proprietary data platform to identify trends and insights across client spend to inform content.
- Conduct content analysis, report results and recommend changes to content strategy on an ongoing basis.
- 5-7 Years Experience in Content Marketing
- Experience with a corporate B2B brand or in-house marketing team is required, AdTech industry experience is preferred.
- Proven experience with content production across thought-leadership initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies (front-end & back-end) with a proven track record of vendor management.
- Expertise in producing and managing blog content and website copy.
- Hands-on experience with social media content creation, posting, and community management.
- Strong organizational skills to manage editorial calendars and award submissions.
- Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills with the ability to serve as the primary editor for external-facing materials.
