Digital Content Manager


Sagis is seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager to lead and enhance our digital marketing efforts, primarily focusing on social media optimization and website SEO. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing content across our social media platforms and web pages. By crafting and executing targeted strategies, you will drive engagement, boost traffic, and achieve our key marketing objectives.

 

Success in this role will be measured by increased traffic, improved engagement metrics, and elevated brand awareness across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable in current digital trends, social media strategies, SEO best practices, and content management systems. Additionally, you will need to gain a thorough understanding of our laboratory business model to effectively tailor content for a diverse audience, including medical residents, medical assistants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute best practices for SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and SMM (Social Media Marketing) to drive engagement and growth.
  • Leverage video production and graphic design skills to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Stay current with social media platforms, including monetization techniques and best practices for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Lead the creation and oversight of high-quality content while collaborating with writers to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Analyze web traffic and content performance metrics using Google Analytics or similar platforms to inform data-driven strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of content creation and management.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital content creation and management (experience in the healthcare industry is a plus).
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO, social media, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing SEO strategies that drive user acquisition and traffic growth.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • A creative mentality combined with a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for crafting compelling stories.
