We invite you to join us as we continue to expand our culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and authenticity together.We work a hybrid model of 3 days (Tues/Wed/Thurs) in the office and 2 days (Mon/Fri) work from home; this position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters.The Content Strategist/Copywriter will be a key member of our in-house Customer Engagement Creative Services Team. This role involves developing effective content strategies based on clients' business objectives and end users' needs. The individual will brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and produce brand-specific messaging for both print and digital deliverables. Working under the guidance of the Managing Creative Director and alongside Art Directors, the Content Strategist/Copywriter will collaboratively develop strategic marketing solutions for both internal and external clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement content strategies that align with client objectives.Write copy for a variety of print and digital marketing communications.Maintain and develop client brand guidelines and copy standards.Conceptualize themes and brainstorm with Art Directors and Copywriters to create diverse marketing materials.Present creative rationale and concepts as needed.Proofread drafts, presentations, graphic layouts, and online content to ensure accuracy and consistency.Participate in Discovery and other meetings as required.Assist in creating and maintaining systems to manage the writing process and improve proofreading effectiveness.Identify suitable content types and distribution channels for client campaigns.Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends and digital landscape shifts.Required Skills Professional communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to write clear, on-target copy for a variety of clients.Excellent conceptualizing and brainstorming skills.Ability to present concepts and provide copy rationale.Strong content development, copywriting, and copy-editing skills.Ability to repurpose content across various mediums to match the target audience.Knowledge of trends in advertising, PR, and popular culture.Solid organizational and research skills.Exceptional proofreading skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Comfortable with a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.1015 years of experience in an in-house marketing or creative department; agency experience is a plus.Portfolio containing finished professional pieces and conceptual work.Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Working knowledge of design processes, Adobe creative software, and digital and print design specifications and principles.Strong marketing and/or communications experience with the ability to plan and implement a strategic, integrated marketing approach is a plus.
