Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Content/Graphic Designer with experience using HighSpot to join our marketing team. This role will focus on creating high-impact visual content and marketing collateral that supports our sales enablement efforts and overall brand strategy. This role will lead content marketing efforts for the firm bringing experience in storytelling, leveraging digital assets and integrating visual strategies. To be successful in this role, the seasoned writer and strategist will need to have a background in consulting services, editorial skills, working knowledge of the various mediums used to distribute content and be capable of crafting engaging and tailored content that is relevant to our clients.
Key responsibilities for this role will be setting and executing our overall content marketing strategy across the firm, with a goal of maintaining, attracting, and engaging targeted and broad audiences. This individual will craft industry-specific and client focused content, optimize our marketing channels while sustaining brand consistency. This person will also maintain KPIs, data, metrics, analytics and meaningful ways to measure results. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills, a deep understanding of how to create content that drives engagement, and hands-on experience using HighSpot to manage and optimize sales and marketing content.
This role offers a $150,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE), with a base salary of $112,500 and a performance-based bonus tied to individual and team performance.
What You Will Do:
- Strong management, project management oversight and communication skills
- Bring creative energy, knowledge of industry “best practices”, have an ear for appropriate tone and an eye for visual story telling
- Apply editing, and writing skills to conceive, develop, and create thought leadership in multiple formats including; web, social media, video, client newsletters and marketing material
- Ability to stand back and assess which are the best tool or medium to communicate a message to a targeted audience
- Must be familiar with long form and short form writing, how to best leverage social media, crafting messages for video, engaging in developing digital thought leadership and overseeing the firm’s client newsletter
- Map out a content strategy that celebrates the firm’s brand, supports and extends marketing initiatives while determining which methods work best across all business lines, continuous evolvement of strategy is a must
- Develop a functional content calendar throughout the enterprise verticals, and defining the owners in each vertical to particular persona groups
- Content Creation: Design visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, infographics, presentations, eBooks, whitepapers, and social media assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and optimize content that supports the sales process, including product collateral, case studies, and presentations, leveraging HighSpot for content management.
- HighSpot Management: Organize, update, and optimize content within HighSpot, ensuring that sales teams have access to the most up-to-date and effective materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content adheres to the company’s branding standards and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Campaign Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual assets for campaigns, email marketing, web design, and social media initiatives.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing) to ensure content meets the needs of the business and effectively communicates key messages.
- Analytics & Optimization: Use analytics tools, including HighSpot’s insights, to measure the performance of content and continuously improve based on data-driven feedback.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and ensuring a high level of quality and creativity in all deliverables
What You Will Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across digital and print mediums.
- HighSpot Expertise: Hands-on experience using HighSpot (or similar sales enablement platforms) to manage content libraries, track performance, and collaborate with sales teams.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools; experience with web design or UI/UX is a plus.
- Creative Vision: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging content.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $112,500 per year
- Performance Bonus: Up to $37,500 based on individual and team performance (for a total of $150,000 OTE)
