Position Summary:Responsible for the management, coding, and monitoring of McLaren Health Care internet and intranet websites to support corporate strategy. This role focuses on maintaining website content, functionality, and security, with an emphasis on front-end development using HTML and CSS. Ensures the websites align with the organization's overall goals and strategies. Maintains accuracy, integrity, and security across all corporate website properties. Acts as the organization's liaison to website vendors, users, and IT staff, with a strong focus on technical implementation and support.Essential Functions and Responsibilities :Works collaboratively to develop the long-term corporate internet and intranet web strategies to support overall corporate goals and strategies.Works collaboratively to research new ideas and web technology driven by web strategies, marketing relevance, user need, and best web practices.Works with marketing and public relations, IT, content providers, vendors, compliance and end users to coordinate and manage content and functionality for MHC and all subsidiary websites. This includes the training and management of other web content administrators located at the subsidiary level and exiting outdated technologies as appropriate.Following web strategy maturity and corporate growth, oversees conversions/migrations on new subsidiary or service line websites, intranet and patient portal. This includes analyzing of current functionality, reviewing competitor's websites, engaging the audience, making recommendations on website design, functionality, training and implementation within budget and deadline.Maintains production standards for the web. Encourages team members and departments to adhere to professional standards and ensures that web communications continue to meet identified standards for quality, compliance and consistency of style.Liaison between CMS vendors, users and IT support.Provides input into web/digital budget preparation and operates within designated budget parameters.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related fieldThree years of experience in various web design coding techniques using HTML and CSSTwo years of project management experience.Preferred:• One year of experience in enterprise level content management system (Example: Oxcyon / CentralPoint)• One year experience in Javascript / XML / SQL
