Organization: Junior Achievement of South Florida

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager

Schedule: Full Time, Exempt

Location: Coconut Creek, FL 33066 (On-Site)

Hours: M-F 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Some evening and weekend hours are sometimes required.

Work Environment: In office

Job Summary:

The Digital Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and execution of digital marketing and event-related content.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with external vendors and consultants.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing/sponsorship elements and RSVP registration links for events and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage promotion and sponsorship schedules across various digital communication platforms.
  • Produce "Day of" memorable-experience videos, PowerPoint presentations, programs, and signage materials.
  • Lead and manage photo and video coverage requests, including coordination and delivery.
  • Create post-event sponsorship benefit recaps to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met.
  • Manage website content, ensuring timely updates and engagement-focused content.
  • Oversee email marketing content creation, scheduling, and list management.
  • Generate and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Catalog and organize all photo, video, and program collateral on SharePoint or similar platforms.
  • Assist in ensuring that donor sponsorship benefits are implemented in accordance with contract details.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including videos, PowerPoint presentations, program collateral, and event signage using tools like Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficient in website content management (WordPress or CMS) and email marketing tools (Constant Contact, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and experience with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Proven experience in creating promotional schedules, executing sponsorship elements, and delivering post-event recaps.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) for photo and video editing, and cataloging media assets on SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in producing digital content and event-related materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in promotional materials, sponsorship elements, and recaps.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress), basic HTML/CSS, and Microsoft Office, particularly Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for collaboration with internal teams, sponsors, and external vendors.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital content management.
  • Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, graphic design, and event media production.
  • Hands-on experience with video/photo content creation for marketing and events.
  • Experience designing and scheduling email campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing performance results.
  • Successful experience in promoting events, coordinating media coverage, and creating event-day materials.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer or during event production.
  • Ability to lift and carry event materials, such as signage, equipment, or promotional items, typically up to 25 lbs.
