If so, UW Credit Union is hiring for a Digital Marketing Content Strategist to join its Marketing team The Digital Marketing Content Strategist designs and supports the digital banking journey and experience, ensuring members and consumers can easily find information to meet their goals. In this role, you will strategically plan out content, collaborate in building digital experience journeys, and orchestrate plans across various channels. You will design content to support tailored assistance; write, create, and edit content in collaboration with cross-functional teams; and continuously adapt and learn based on Voice of Member (VOM) and User Experience (UX) data to measure and monitor communication performance. Your ability to bring consumer facing content to life is where you shine You are adaptable and consistently forecasting opportunities to better position digital content to increase conversion rates. Learn more below and apply today Responsibilities Use content strategy frameworks to drive engagement and conversion with a focus on user experience, journey orchestration, and funnel management Orchestrate member and consumer journeys to plan where and how content should be delivered to reach the target audience at the right time and optimize messages across devices with a mobile-first mindset Utilize website content management system (CMS) to implement content marketing strategies Define development and distribution of content across digital channels by providing data-driven optimization, insights, and best practices to enhance the consumer experience Design and collaborate to create new and innovative ways to convey content that engages all target audiences, utilizing personas and journey mapping Identify strategic content gaps and develop recommendations to support tailored help and consumer goals to drive conversions Tell a connected story through a variety of content types designed through an understanding of the user persona and optimal journey experience Serve as a voice for digital financial expertise to deliver key financial content supporting consumer needs Use web analytics and testing tools to measure performance against both benchmark KPIs and industry standards, while providing data-driven recommendations/optimizations Collaborate closely For full info follow application link.
