We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Campaign Manager to engage with advertisers, brands, and partners to deliver world-class marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and key stakeholders across Digital, PR, and Creative teams to manage integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including web, paid media, social media, webinars, events, and strategic partnerships. Your goal is to create compelling content that inspires action and delivers measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Development: Partner with Sales and Product Marketing (PMM) teams to identify key content themes, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Campaign Activation: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns across web, paid media, social media, webinars, events, email, partnerships, trade publications, PR, and SDR outreach, coordinating efforts with key stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Create detailed briefs for Digital, PR, Content, and Creative teams, managing workflow and deadlines through Asana to ensure seamless execution.
- Webinars & Partnerships: Lead the content development for webinars and trade publication partnerships, including by-line articles and lead generation packages.
- Copywriting & Creative Direction: Craft persuasive copy and provide creative guidance to support various marketing efforts.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for campaign activations, managing timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure success.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment.
- Proven experience in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through successful content marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with content management systems, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a strategic approach and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience in the advertising, AdTech, or MarTech sectors, or familiarity with machine learning.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Asana, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and content management systems
Pay Rate: $75-$100/hour DOE
