Naked Wines is hiring: Social Media Content Creator in Denver
Naked Wines, Denver, CO, US
Job Description
Our purpose:
Naked Wines is revolutionizing the way we enjoy wine by connecting everyday wine drinkers with the world’s best winemakers.
Funding winemakers upfront gives us a chance to support independent producers without the stressors or costs of the three-tier system - and allows us to offer customers site-exclusive wines for a best-in-the-business price point, which unlocks a huge target market.
We are the largest direct-to-consumer online wine business in the USA, shipping over 1 million cases a year (!) with plenty of growth and have ambitious growth plans ahead.
Our global team is entrepreneurial by nature, obsessive about customer experience and performance-driven, which makes this a place where you will be inspired to grow personally as well as professionally.
We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our team for a 6-month contract. Responsible for the execution of organic Meta channels and YouTube Shorts, the ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, experience in video production, and a finger on the pulse of all things trending. On the day to day, you should expect to ideate and produce engaging short form video content (with and without winemakers), write engaging captions, maintain a multi-channel content calendar, interact with our community and expand our community management best practices.
To nail your job you will:
- Content Creation: Develop and produce 4+ engaging posts per week, with at least 2 being short-form videos, featuring winemakers in Napa, wine education, trends, and brand messaging.
- Community Management: Monitor, engage with, and respond to our online community across platforms, fostering positive relationships and brand loyalty.
- Community Management: Insert Naked Wines into relevant conversations in the lifestyle space, where our brand can make a positive, funny, or interesting contribution.
- Brand: Work across teams to champion brand voice across social channels
- Content Calendar: Create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing strategies
- Collaboration: Work closely with winemakers and other team members to source content ideas and materials that resonate with our audience.
- Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of social media content, using insights like reach, audience demographic, ad reliance, engagement, and traffic-to-site to inform future strategies and improve engagement.
