Conducting in-depth market research and analysis on custom consulting projects, which may include field research (travel by car and/or air) in-office, desktop researchProvide conclusions on project by collecting, verifying, and analyzing property information, competitive properties, housing activity trendsPresent findings and conclusions to clients in both written and oral form, with consistent follow-up to meet client needsEnsure timely completion of assigned projectsResearch business units and servicesEngage in identify relative risksExecute fieldwork, including business unit interviewsTest and document processes and controlsAssist in the drafting and vetting of findings, issues and related actions plansWriting code that solves customer problems in consulting engagements
