Job Description:The RoleAs a key member (individual contributor) of our digital content management team, you will be responsible for managing, editing, organizing, and storing various digital assets, including marketing copy, images, videos, icons, and articles. Utilizing multiple CMSs and tools, you will create and update content for Fidelity’s websites and mobile applications using existing CMS templates, HTML, CSS/JS, and custom queries. You will ensure all assets are organized according to digital asset management best practices, facilitating findability and maintaining organizational consistency.In this role, you will lead publishing efforts on large, interdisciplinary projects and collaborate effectively with creative, business, and technology partners. You will provide technical direction to the team, offer analysis and advice to senior leaders, and develop plans to address capability gaps while monitoring resource planning. Your ingenuity and innovation will be crucial in solving complex functional and process problems.Additionally, you will proactively lead complex projects and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives. You will work closely with CMS developers and internal IT staff to ensure the CMS meets organizational needs.
