We're on the lookout for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Real Estate Content Creator, Social Media Manager & Podcast Producer. Responsibilities:
- Filming & Editing: Capture and produce high-quality video content for property listings, company events, and promotional materials.
- Photography: Take professional-grade photographs of homes and properties, showcasing them in the best possible light.
- Drone Operations: Operate drones to capture aerial footage of properties, providing unique and engaging perspectives for marketing materials.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging video and photographic content for social media, websites, and other platforms to highlight our properties and services.
- Graphic Design: Design flyers, brochures, and signage for property listings and company promotions.
- Post-Production: Edit and finalize all media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand standards and vision.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Podcast Production: Plan, record, edit, and produce podcast episodes, including coordinating with guests, setting up recording equipment, and managing post-production.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media and podcast metrics, providing regular reports on the performance of content and campaigns, and making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create cohesive and impactful media strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video production, photography, drone operation, social media management, and podcast production.
- Proficiency with video editing software, audio editing software and graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- FAA Drone Certification is a plus.
- A portfolio demonstrating past work in photography, videography, editing, social media management, and podcast production is required.
