The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.As Orange County's groundbreaking smart district, we're redefining what it means to inspire, engage, and captivate the curious class. As the Group Creative Director for OCVIBE, this role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated creative campaigns that enhance the OCVIBE brand and bring our story to life for a variety of B2B and B2C audiences.You'll orchestrate campaigns that span the full spectrum of our offerings - from pulse-pounding entertainment and one-of-a-kind special events to avant-garde dining experiences and curated retail adventures. Your work will not only promote our various business segments but will also weave them into a cohesive narrative that embodies the spirit of OCVIBE. The Group Creative Director will guide a team of diverse creative professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and excellence. Your influence will extend beyond your immediate team, as you'll work closely with stakeholders across all facets of OCVIBE to ensure that every touchpoint of our brand reflects our commitment to inspiration and innovation.This role reports directly to the Executive Creative Director and works closely with the other creative teams and content team.
