Leading the creative direction for all CRM campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across multiple channels.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and technology, to develop comprehensive CRM strategies that drive engagement and conversion.Conceptualizing and producing innovative content for email campaigns, newsletters, and other CRM communications, with a focus on captivating copywriting that resonates with our target audience.Reviewing and optimizing subject lines, email content, and visual elements to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.Overseeing the development and maintenance of design systems, templates, and brand guidelines for CRM communications, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all touchpoints.Leading large, intricate creative projects and teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful execution and delivery of high-quality work.About the requirementsYou've got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them. Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Proven experience (10+ years) in a creative leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environmentStrong portfolio showcasing successful and impactful work across multiple channels, including CRM, commercials, radio, print, and digital.Exceptional conceptualization and ideation skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate client objectives into innovative creative solutions.Exceptional copywriting skills, with a track record of creating engaging, persuasive, and on-brand content for email campaigns, landing pages, and other CRM communications.In-depth knowledge of advertising principles, industry trends, and best practices.Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of inspiring and motivating creative teams to deliver exceptional work.Demonstrated ability to lead large, intricate creative projects and teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful execution and delivery of high-quality work.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms.Bonus points for AI usage and prompting knowledge experience.Bonus points for product or consumer electronics experience.Must be able to work in a hybrid office environment at the Plano, Texas location.
