A Day in the Life:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Manager to join our in-house creative team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing initiatives, by managing the flow of projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and optimizing workflows. The ideal candidate will have a passion for efficiency, a strong understanding of marketing processes, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
The salary for this position is $100k; commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do:
Traffic Management:
Receive and review incoming project requests from various departments.
Assign tasks and projects to appropriate team members or external vendors based on capacity and expertise.
Monitor the progress of projects to ensure deadlines are met and adjust schedules as necessary.
Workflow Coordination:
Develop and implement efficient workflows for various marketing initiatives, including campaigns, content creation, and product launches.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, Marketing partners, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of a project are aligned and moving forward.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the current processes and suggest improvements.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on key performance metrics related to project efficiency, resource utilization, and campaign outcomes.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving future marketing operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in a marketing operations, project management, or brand management role
Strong understanding of marketing principles and processes.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in an in-house marketing team or creative agency environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of brand management best practices.
Experience with managing budgets and resources effectively a plus.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
Ability to influence
Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking
Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
Ability to drive process and organizational change.
