The Marketing, Communications, and Creative Manager is responsible for executing all communications, marketing, and creative initiatives. This individual will drive awareness, increase engagement, and promote interest in the community/club, its programs, and events. The role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with excellent time management, independent thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in communications, marketing, and creativity is essential, and candidates should provide a portfolio to demonstrate their expertise. References are also required.Executing Marketing & Communication Plans & Strategy : Implement the marketing and communication strategies, monitor their success, and report on results and challenges.Managing Marketing Campaigns : Oversee marketing efforts, including Google and social media PPC, magazine editorials, social media management, and weekly emails to prospective members. Incorporate real estate initiatives, photo shoots, testimonials, and more.Creating Marketing Materials : Design key promotional assets, such as brochures, membership packets, and other marketing collateral.Brand Collateral Management : Ensure consistent branding by designing and managing menus, signage, logos, typography, and more.Campaign Development : Plan and execute campaigns for events, membership drives, anniversaries, and other special initiatives.Website & App Management : Regularly update the website and app with events, registration details, and the latest content.Survey Creation & Distribution : Develop and distribute surveys to gather feedback on member satisfaction and event experiences, ensuring results are shared with relevant teams.Performance Reporting : Provide monthly reports on marketing and communication trends, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.Benchmarking & Goal Tracking : Monitor departmental goals and benchmarks to ensure alignment with the overall marketing and communication plan.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency with tools such as Constant Contact, SurveyMonkey, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, FlipSnack, Dropbox, etc.Strong problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking approach.Creativity and ability to generate innovative, outside-the-box ideas.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to maintain a positive attitude and organized workspace.Proactive in anticipating tasks and minimizing reactive responses.Patient, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Open to seeking help and accepting feedback.Capable of leading and guiding others when needed.Confident in public speaking and presentation.Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Strong project management skills with attention to detail and follow-through on tasks and goals.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.
