WHO WE SEEK
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our marketing and website development production. This position will be primarily responsible for carrying out a variety of production activities, including but not limited to:
- Account Management (i.e. managing accounts, interfacing with clients, presenting, account planning, etc.)
- Project Management (i.e. project planning, preparing project documentation including SOW, briefs, production schedules, presentations, etc.)
- Strategy (i.e. Brand Strategy, Communication Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Launch Strategy)
- Creative (managing creative process, user experience, graphic design, web design, etc)
- Copywriting (creative or technical writing)
- Digital Marketing (i.e. Social Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, etc)
- Reporting (i.e. Google Analytics, CRM, preparing reports)
- Presentations (i.e. Preparing presentations in Google Slides, InDesign, etc)
The right candidate will possess strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize as well as multi-task. In short, we are looking for that special someone who is ready to learn from and grow with our team over time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2-4 years experience in digital marketing, preferably at an agency
- Creative, marketing, and tech savvy, preferably with digital marketing experience
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments at a time
- Ability to work with a variety of clients, vendors, and personalities
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Asana
- Proficient with Mac + Apple Products
- Within near proximity to our office preferred
