Along the way, you will be guided by our deep-rooted culture and have the support and tools you need to do your job, learn, grow, and succeed.What you'll do...As a Senior Manager, Fashion Private Brand Operations, you will work across the Fashion brand portfolio to support the private brand strategy. You will be a critical member of the Walmart Fashion merchandising team responsible for understanding, ideating, and transforming strategic business areas like private brand DNAs, rebrand/new brand kickoffs, 3rd party partnership contracts, legal clearances, royalty payments, and global governance. You will leverage cross-functional relationships, establish strategic priorities, often representing the brand DNA perspective, to identify and solution opportunities across people, process, and tech. Success in this role requires curiosity, a solution-oriented approach, an analytical mindset, influence, and a competitive spirit.
