Job Description Job Description About Us Infinite Labs Digital is seeking a talented and versatile Video Creator to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who can create engaging content across multiple formats including short-form videos, long-form content, and podcasts. Role Overview As our Video Creator, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality video content, from conceptualization to final delivery. This role combines creative storytelling with technical expertise in video production and editing. Key Responsibilities Plan and shoot compelling video content for multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Edit and produce both short-form and long-form video content Handle podcast video production, including multi-camera setups and lighting Manage post-production workflow including editing, color correction, and sound mixing Create eye-catching thumbnails and video graphics Optimize content for different social media platforms Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts Stay current with video trends and platform-specific best practices Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in video production and editing Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with short-form content Experience with podcast video production Excellent understanding of lighting, audio, and camera equipment Knowledge of social media platforms and their video specifications Strong eye for composition and visual storytelling Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Technical Requirements Expert knowledge of video editing software Experience with audio editing software Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of video compression and export settings Familiarity with video production equipment Knowledge of SEO and content optimization Nice to Have Experience with motion graphics and animation Photography skills Experience with live streaming Background in digital marketing Understanding of analytics and content performance metrics Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week.
