ABOUT... Responsibilities
Design & Creativity
- Lead the design and sales consultation process for upscale residential landscape projects, translating client visions into exceptional outdoor spaces that harmonize creativity with functionality.
- Collaborate with our landscape design and sales support team to produce detailed design plans, technical drawings, and presentation graphics using AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand-drawn sketches.
- Develop high-quality renderings, 3D models, and photorealistic visuals to vividly illustrate design concepts, enhancing client understanding and engagement.
Client Relationships & Sales
- Meet with clients to thoroughly assess their landscape needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget considerations, ensuring alignment at every project stage.
- Prepare and deliver professional landscape designs and project proposals, skillfully showcasing concepts, detailed scope of work statements, material selections, and budget breakdowns that ensure clarity and alignment with client expectations.
- Foster and sustain strong client consultative relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and a positive client experience.
Mentorship & Team Collaboration
- Work alongside other experienced landscape architects and designers, continually advancing your expertise in design, project management, and client service.
- Mentor and support junior architects and designers, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.
ABOUT... Our Commitment to You
- Competitive Compensation: A substantial base salary of $90,000 to $150,000, based on past achievements, plus additional individual and teams sales incentives.
