Our company is a leader in the retail display industry, specializing in innovative and high-quality solutions for showcasing products. We are searching for a Jack/Jill-Of-All-Trades marketer and designer oversee our visual and written communication across all brand platforms.


Responsibilities:


Brand Management and Design:

  • Define and implement the visual style and written tone for each brand.
  • Uphold brand standards, including logos, colors, and typography.
  • Lead the design and production of brand assets such as labels, QR codes, packaging, and signage.

Website Management:

  • Maintain and update the company’s websites with current and engaging content.
  • Optimize web pages for better search visibility (SEO experience preferred).

Social Media and Content Production:

  • Plan and manage social media calendars, creating compelling content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with multimedia producers to develop and post engaging visual assets.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Design templates and presentations to support the sales team in client engagements.
  • Create effective tools for sales meetings, events, and presentations.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Assist in planning and managing company pop-up events and product roadshows.

Creative Team Collaboration:

  • Partner with creative colleagues to develop custom illustrations or product renders for sales and brand assets.

Asset Management:

  • Curate and organize a library of visual assets, including product photos, in-store shots, and other media as needed.
  • Coordinate with local agencies to book models for promotional shoots.


Key Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Design, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, visual communications, or a comparable role.
  • Strong design abilities and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience managing social media channels and content development.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
  • Knowledgeable in website management and basic SEO practices.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales and creative teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for consistent aesthetics.
