Job Summary: 
The Microsoft Network Design Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions that integrate with Microsoft technologies, specifically focusing on Azure VNets, Teams, and SharePoint. This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience in network design and optimization, ensuring that our clients can effectively collaborate and communicate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust network architectures that leverage Azure Virtual Networks (VNets) to support Microsoft environments.
- Develop and integrate networking strategies for Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, enhancing collaboration and productivity across organizations.
- Analyze existing network infrastructures to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of network solutions with cloud services.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Microsoft networking, Azure VNets, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on best practices for network design and Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in Microsoft network design and implementation, with a strong focus on Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), IIS Server, Teams, and SharePoint.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure networking services and their application in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of core Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security principles.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint solutions is a must-have.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
